1. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services or book any permanent makeup procedure. By using this website, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

2. MEDICAL DISCLAIMER

Our services, including but not limited to permanent makeup applications, are cosmetic procedures and not medical treatments. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You acknowledge:

  • Results may vary by individual.

  • You are responsible for disclosing all relevant medical conditions.

  • You should consult a licensed physician prior to booking if you have any concerns.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any client based on health, safety, or suitability concerns.

3. APPOINTMENTS, DEPOSITS & CANCELLATIONS

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.

  • Deposits may be applied toward the total service cost.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least [48 hours] in advance.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiture of deposit.

  • We reserve the right to charge cancellation fees up to 100% of the service cost.

4. RESULTS & TOUCH-UPS

Permanent makeup is a multi-step process:

  • Initial results are not guaranteed to be final.

  • A touch-up session may be required (additional fees may apply).

  • Factors such as skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare affect results.

We do not guarantee specific outcomes.

5. AFTERCARE RESPONSIBILITY

Clients are responsible for following all aftercare instructions provided. Failure to do so may:

  • Affect final results

  • Increase risk of complications

  • Void any service guarantees or eligibility for corrections

6. PAYMENTS & PRICING

  • All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

  • Full payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise stated.

  • We accept Debit card, Zelle, Cash, and Apple Pay.

  • Refunds are not provided for services rendered.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website—including text, images, branding, logos, and designs—is the exclusive property of JussGorjuss, LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:
